The Blossoming of a Dream

There are so many things that had to fall into place at just the right time in order for me to be able to open this studio. It has been mind boggling to say the least!

I have been a stay at home, homeschooling mom for the last 17 years. I have been a fitness "fanatic" pretty much since my teen years. Now that the kids are getting a bit older I decided it was time to pursue my passion: Personal Training. I really love working with people and I really love fitness! What a perfect combination!

After much research, I decided that I wanted to go with ACSM. The best part? My best friend joined me so we could study together, quiz each other, encourage each other and then we even took the test at the same time and got to celebrate passing the test together!

Opening the studio has been a learning experience that has been so rewarding! Thank you to everyone that has supported me in my first three months! I'm looking forward to a long future together!
