Workouts that are designed with your personal goals in mind.  Every body is different and if you want a tailor made workout, personal training may be what you are looking for.

Senior fit

As we age, our balance is challenged and our range of motion tends to lesson.  This class addresses balance, strength, range of motion and more.

Step Aerobics

High energy, fast paced, and fun. This class will be coming in the spring.

Blast 15

This is a quick 15 minute burst of buns, legs, and abs. Come in, work your muscles to fatigue, and then get back to your day.

Belly Dance

Belly Dancing is a great way to work your core, hips, arms and have a great time doing it!  You will learn the basics of belly dancing and then learn to be part of a tribe!

Dance it out

Dance it Out will get you moving and having fun while dancing your way to better health!  This fun dance cardio class will be appropriate for most fitness levels.

At HammerTime Fitness we believe that you can be healthy at any size.  We want you to come enjoy some classes or join us for personal training and start where you are today.  We want you to come and get started on your journey to health with us!

 

Covid-19 precautions

We practice social distancing here at the studio and we also offer online classes via Zoom.  We are cleaning the studio according to CDC suggestons.  Please, if you have any signs of illness, stay home and keep others in the studio safe.  If we are to have a case in the studio, everyone that participated in a class with the affeced person will be notified while also maintaining the privacy of the affected person.  Thank you for washing your hands and for helping keep each other safe!

Affordable on any budget

We want everyone to be able to enjoy a quality workout experience.  We use a punch card system and the punches don't expire.  You can use the punches for any class.  Punch cards are $40 for 10 punches or $65 for 20 punches.  If you would like to just drop in a try out a class, you may do so for just $5.
