I was a college athlete at ISU running on the track team. After college I have continued to run but adding cross training to my weekly workouts has increased my aerobic fitness so much! The cost is so reasonable and Stephanie makes you feel good about your workout whether you are a beginner or advanced.
I go to Strength and Endurance class at 5:30am Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I have lost weight, improved my flexibility and feel better all round. Stephanie is a great instructor. She is very supportive.
